Domestic Shipping Policy

Free Shipping is offered on all in-stock orders $99 or more within the 48 contiguous United States of America.

Delivery is restricted to the contiguous United States of America locations. International shipping is not available.

Free shipping only applies to retail customers.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. If ordered before 2:00 PM EST on a business day, your order is shipped the same day. 

If we are experiencing a delay due to high volumes of orders, we will place a banner on our website to inform customers. If you have already placed your order, we will send you an email with an expected delivery time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• UPS Ground is the default shipping method unless specified otherwise.
• Orders less than $99 incur a $10 shipping fee.
• Expedited orders are delivered on business days only, weekends excluded.
• Overnight shipping orders will be delivered the following business day.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Free shipping applies to FPO, APO, and U.S. Military addresses.

Hospital Med Supply does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

When your product ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hospital Med Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Hospital Med Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping is not available.
