All orders are processed within 1 business day. If ordered before 2:00 PM EST on a business day, your order is shipped the same day.
If we are experiencing a delay due to high volumes of orders, we will place a banner on our website to inform customers. If you have already placed your order, we will send you an email with an expected delivery time.

Hospital Med Supply does not ship to P.O. boxes.
When your product ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Hospital Med Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Hospital Med Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International shipping is not available.
