Prepare to Save Lives from Wherever You're at
Blended Learning BLS: CPR, First Aid, and AED
Our Blended Learning BLS course for healthcare workers offers the perfect combination of flexibility and hands-on training, allowing you to learn essential life-saving skills on your own schedule. This course covers CPR for adults, children, and infants, as well as AED use, and basic first aid. Certification is provided through the American Heart Association (AHA), and upon successful completion, you’ll receive a 2-year certification that meets state, federal, and OSHA requirements.
The course is divided into two parts:
In Part 1, you’ll complete the online portion at your own pace online. Once you’ve finished, you’ll print your course completion certificate to bring to your in-person session. This flexible option allows you to tackle the material in small sections or complete it all in approximately two hours.
In Part 2, you’ll attend a hands-on skills session with one of our authorized AHA instructors. During this session, you’ll practice CPR compressions, rescue breaths, and AED use in a real-life rescue scenario. You’ll also practice choking relief techniques for adults, children, and infants. The in-person portion typically lasts about 90 minutes, depending on the student’s experience and the class type.
Once both parts are successfully completed, you’ll receive the same AHA certification card as you would from a fully in-person class.
