Course Format:

Part 1: Online Learning at Your Own Pace

• Complete the AHA BLS HeartCode® eLearning module

• Go at your own speed—most complete it in about 2 hours

• Print your completion certificate to bring to your in-person session

Part 2: In-Person Skills Session (Greater Cincinnati Area)

• Practice CPR, rescue breaths, and AED use

• Includes hands-on choking relief techniques

• Taught by a certified American Heart Association instructor

• Skills check session lasts about 90 minutes

Certification:

✅ Meets all OSHA, state, and federal training requirements
