Manikin Rental Policy

This policy applies to all CPR manikin rentals provided by Hospital Med Supply, LLC.

By reserving rental equipment, the renter agrees to the terms outlined below.

Rental Period

Manikin rentals are provided for a 24-hour rental period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends 24 hours from that time.

Late returns may result in additional rental charges.

Payment and Refunds

Manikin rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking.

All rental payments are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.

Rescheduling may be permitted at the discretion of Hospital Med Supply.

Equipment Care

Rental equipment must be returned:

• Clean
• In the same condition as provided
• With all included components and accessories

Used lung bags must be properly disposed of prior to return.

Failure to properly clean the equipment may result in additional cleaning fees.

Equipment must be used only for CPR training purposes and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

Damage or Loss

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or missing components beyond normal wear and tear.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the renter if equipment is returned damaged or incomplete.

Hospital Med Supply reserves sole discretion in determining equipment condition upon return.

Return Requirements

Equipment must be returned by the agreed return time.

Late returns may result in additional rental charges or the application of an additional rental period.

Authorization for Charges

By renting equipment, the renter authorizes Hospital Med Supply to charge the payment method used for the rental for any applicable late fees, cleaning fees, repair costs, or replacement costs resulting from damaged, lost, or unreturned equipment.

Limitation of Liability

Rental equipment is provided for training purposes only.

Hospital Med Supply is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of rental equipment.
