Training Policy

This Training Policy applies to all CPR, BLS, First Aid, Stop the Bleed, and other emergency response training courses offered by Hospital Med Supply, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By registering for a course, you agree to this policy in full.

1. No Refund Policy

All training registrations are non-refundable.

Please confirm you are registering for the correct course, date, and certification level before completing your purchase.

 

2. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your class one (1) time under the following conditions:

• Your reschedule request must be submitted by email to [email protected]

• The request must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled class start time

• The rescheduled class must occur within 45 days of the original course date

Failure to attend the rescheduled class will result in forfeiture of your original payment. A new registration and payment will be required.

 

3. No-Show Policy

There are no refunds for no-shows.

If you do not attend your scheduled class and do not reschedule within the required timeframe, your payment is forfeited.

Failure to attend a scheduled class without providing the required rescheduling notice will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.

 

4. Tardy Policy

Students arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time may be required to reschedule at the instructor’s discretion in order to maintain course integrity and certification requirements.

5. Failure to Pass

If a participant attends but does not successfully complete the course:

The participant may be permitted to attend one additional class, subject to availability

• A new course fee may apply

• If the participant does not pass a second time, a new full registration is required

6. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for meeting all course prerequisites and physical participation requirements necessary to complete the training.

 

7. Course Cancellations by Hospital Med Supply

Hospital Med Supply reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to:

• Low enrollment

• Instructor illness

• Weather conditions

• Facility issues

• Other circumstances beyond our control

If we cancel a class, participants may choose:

• A full refund, or

• Transfer to a future class date

 

8. Add-Ons and Materials

The following are non-refundable:

• E-books

• Printed manuals

• Digital training materials

• Add-on purchases (such as CPR keychains or face shields)

• Online training codes

• Access credentials

 

9. Manikin Rental Addendum

If training includes rental equipment:

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition provided

• Used lung bags must be properly disposed of

• Equipment must be cleaned and returned properly packed

• Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply

• Hospital Med Supply reserves sole discretion in determining equipment condition upon return

 

10. Certification Disclaimer

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose.

Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion needed for AHA materials, do not represent income to the Association.

 

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By registering for a course, you agree to this Training Policy.

Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute after attending a class or failing to comply with this policy constitutes a breach of these terms.

If a chargeback is filed:

• You may be responsible for any associated processing fees

• Documentation of attendance, policy acceptance, and email confirmations may be submitted to the payment processor

We encourage all participants to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating a dispute.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

Hospital Med Supply provides training for educational purposes. Participation in any course is voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Hospital Med Supply, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in training courses.

 

13. Governing Law

This Training Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

14. Classroom Conduct

Hospital Med Supply reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the training environment. Removed participants will not receive a refund.
