Shipping Policy

Hospital Med Supply ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within approximately 2 weeks.

Certain products may ship directly from manufacturers or fulfillment partners. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and manufacturer schedules.

Product Availability

Some products may occasionally be subject to manufacturer availability or temporary backorders. If an item is unavailable or delayed due to manufacturer supply constraints, Hospital Med Supply will notify the customer when reasonably possible and provide updated shipping information or alternative options when available.

Shipping timelines and delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods and Tracking

Orders are shipped using commercial carriers. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different locations.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the shipment is provided to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Hospital Med Supply, LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected].

Please provide photos of:

• Outer packaging
• Inner packaging
• Damaged product

This documentation is required to file shipping claims with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

Additional shipping or handling fees may apply for returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused or returned to sender without prior authorization, additional shipping or restocking fees may apply.

Acceptance of Equipment

For AED purchases and bundled systems, the purchaser is responsible for inspecting the equipment upon delivery.

Failure to notify Hospital Med Supply, LLC of visible shipping damage within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of the shipment.
