Because we sell medical and safety equipment, returns are limited.
Return Authorization
Returns must be authorized by Hospital Med Supply prior to shipment. Customers must contact [email protected] to request return authorization and instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
AED Units (Standalone Purchases Only)
Unopened AED units may be returned within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Original packaging
Unused
Resalable condition
Customer pays return shipping
20% restocking fee applies
Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Factory Seal Requirement
AED units with broken manufacturer packaging seals or opened device packaging are not eligible for return.
Manufacturer Registration
AED units that have been registered with the manufacturer, activated, or placed into service are not eligible for return.
Equipment Modification
AED units that have had batteries installed, pads connected, packaging seals broken, or components replaced are not eligible for return.
Training or Demonstration Use
AED units used for training exercises, demonstrations, drills, or instructional purposes are not eligible for return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Inspection
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
Opened AED pads or electrodes
Batteries
CPR masks
Tourniquets
Bleeding control supplies
Digital products, downloadable materials, and software access
Online training codes
Opened medical equipment
Sanctuary Strong™ System
All Sanctuary Strong™ System purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Partial refunds are not available.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
We will work with the shipping carrier or manufacturer to determine the appropriate resolution.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us prior to initiating a chargeback.
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in additional processing fees.
Proof of Delivery & Digital Access
For physical products, delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of delivery.
For digital products, system-generated access logs, download confirmations, and email delivery confirmations constitute proof of delivery.
For consultation services, scheduling confirmations, calendar records, and session attendance logs constitute proof of service availability.
These records may be used to dispute improper chargebacks.
